ATMIX is involved in the construction of L’Avenue Premium Residences

ATMIX is the concrete supplier for L’Avenue Premium Residences - a residential complex in Sofia positioned in the top ‘ultra-premium’ segment. The project comprises two modern residential buildings with a total gross floor area of 25,500 square metres. Its construction involves significant engineering works, including a 9-metre-deep excavation and the removal of nearly 38,000 cubic metres of soil. As the concrete supplier for the project, ATMIX provides concrete mixes developed in accordance with the structural requirements, construction methodology and high quality standards. Each concrete mix undergoes laboratory testing and continuous monitoring throughout the production process to ensure the required strength, reliability and durability. Our involvement in L’Avenue Premium Residences is yet another example of the trust that investors and construction companies place in ATMIX in the delivery of modern residential projects in Bulgaria.
